Plan Name Conversion

We have added a new administrative functionality to your account that allows you to review and make changes to your policy plan names. With each new plan year it's common that a company will change the NAME of a plan while keeping the same contract-plan-segment number. This can be tricky to keep track of and even more difficult to update in the CRM. Each AEP season we will be publishing known plan name changes and storing them to the database. With this tool you will be able to see if you have any existing client policies in the CRM that will be undergoing a plan name change and easily convert all of those with a click of a button.
