With our new full Outlook integration you can connect your Microsoft account to the CRM and view all historical emails sent and received from a client profile page. You can also draft and send emails from within the CRM using your Outlook account. This integration differs from the current email feature because it will pull in replies.
This integration comes with a brand new email section on the profile page. From this section you can view client email communications as if you were in your Outlook inbox.
Another cool feature is the ability to download attachments directly to the client/prospect profile page by simply clicking on the attachments from within the email thread.
Other Updates & Additions
- Our Full sync with Gmail is coming out real soon
- Bulk email is still sent using the current method, this will be updated to send from your Outlook account in phase 2
