We have added some additional fields to the provider section of the profile page. From now on you have the option to capture the providers phone number, address, and provider ID.
In addition to that, we have also made the provider facility/practice name appear on the main title section of the provider card for easy reference.
For those of you that like to utilize the "Profile Print" option, we have now given you the option to include a provider cut out card much like the Rx cut out card. You can include this with the print out which list the provider/facility name, phone, and address.
