Initiated Applications

If you want to keep track of applications that you've sent out to clients or prospects through mail, email, etc, you can now add a policy to the profile and give the policy a new "Pre-Submission" status like - "Kit Emailed".
If you mark a policy with one of these new status options, you will be able to track it from your Pending page. The pending section of the Pending page is now broken into two sections - Submitted apps and Initiated apps.
If you don't have any policies with one of these new status's you won't see any changes on your Pending page.
When that application gets submitted to the carrier you can click the "Sbmt" checkbox on that application and its status will change to "Pending" and will be moved to your submitted list.
